The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient running of the depot, be pro-active to anticipate potential problems and resolve them before they become an issue. Communicating with Head office on a daily basis and being the depot point of contact as well as ensuring revenue KPI’s are achieved for the depot.
Develop strong business relations with customers to develop and grow the number of machines we have on hire..
Be able to deliver and collect machinery (Full C licence required)
Be good with machinery, making sure it is safe to use and be able to do basic pre delivery inspection checks.
Deal with local suppliers,disel/parts/tyres/consumable etc. Overseeing Health and Safety at the depot, ensure compliance and work closely with the company H&S Officer.
Deals with any site/facilities issues.
Report the daily metrics for the depot.
File Driver Daily vehicle inspection sheet and check for any repairs required, report to central operations.
Point of Contact for Central Desk and Depot
Liase with workshop and central depot on machines for repair etc.
Handover of Van Mounts and Tow behind cherrypickers to customers.
Ensure good housekeeping of Yard/Workshop.
File signed Delivery Dockets/Day Sheets.
Wash Machines ready for delivery.
