The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Hire Desk Administrator to join the team in the Ashbourne Head Office. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills and a commitment to the highest level of customer service and safety.
Duties
  • Work alongside expereinced Hire Controller
  • Put Hire Contracts on internal system
  • Take Credit card payments
  • Data entry of quotes
  • Further Ad Hoc  duties within the Hire Desk department

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Open up accounts with credit control rocess credit card payments

Using the in-house hire system

Filing of customer contracts and other paperwork from the system Liaison with engineers and other hire desks in the Group Transport and delivery planning in conjunction with the Transport Coordinator

Invoice queries resolution Work closely with Sales to ensure accurate service Keep CRM up-to-date Contribute to Lean Management Programme

The Person
  • Will be an experienced administator
  • Strong PC skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong administration skills essential, with a high attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Positive and flexible attitude to work
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • 100% Fluency in English essential (written, spoken and comprehension)
  • Excellent Team Player
  • Willing to learn with the aim of moving into a full Hire Controller role
